As a Kinesiologist I am a little like a detective. I investigate the how, when, what, where and why you feel the way you do.
I look for subtle clues that show up deep within your body and find patterns that hide behind emotions and behaviours.
I identify and locate the root cause of your ‘Dis-Ease’ using muscle monitoring. Your body guides me and I follow your body’s innate wisdom to identify where your body needs the most attention to create balance and heal.
Together we find the root cause of your discomfort and begin shifting the energy to create balance.
In conjunction with traditional Kinesiology, I incorporate other practices such as intuitive healing, chakra rebalancing, flower essence remedies, aromatherapy, sound therapy and crystal healing to name just a few!
Individual Sessions
Private individual one on one sessions are held in my home clinic.
The initial session is the longest as I gather a lot of information. I take a detailed history as this is often where all the deeper sub conscious patterns originate. I explain Kinesiology and the process and how the muscle monitoring works.
You can bring any information you believe is relevant to the session. This includes any supplements or medications or anything you would like tested up. Wear clothes that you feel relaxed and comfortable in. At no stage are you required to disrobe.
Distance Sessions
Distance Kinesiology sessions are conducted face to face utilising online communication applications such as Skype, Facebook messenger etc.
Kinesiology is a strong energy based modality which works on your bodies energy system so these sessions are extremely effective and profoundly accurate.
Distance Kinesiology is extremely effective and accurate using the same principles as one on one sessions.
I employ self testing using the muscle monitoring technique and guide you through all the various energy points and corrections.
I contact you prior our session to organise the most appropriate method of communication on the day of your appointment.
Group Sessions
This method of working with me is great if you want to include the holistic approach Kinesiology offers towards health to your organisation, group and employees.
I often present at information nights, workplace training, health forums and facilities such as Gyms and wellness groups. The topics covered can be targeted to your organisations specific group and needs.
Group Kinesiology sessions can be held or practical demonstrations and techniques can be taught.
I work closely with your specific needs. This is done prior to the session where I sit down with you and discuss exactly what you are focusing on. I then prepare motivational and informative information for the group.
I also provide group Kinesiology sessions. These involve the whole group and as the group are connected the Kinesiology session impacts the entire group. I use myself as the tester and each person in the group gets a chance to work on and clear an aspect of themselves they are having difficulty with.
I have a been part of many promotions that focus on complete health. These include Gyms, Caring facilities, yoga retreats and wellness challenges.
Group sessions are started by identifying why all aspects of health are important. We then delve into whatever is needed for the specific group and their needs. I work closely with you and gather the subjects you would like covered and speak to the group about the importance of the topics and how they can apply them to their daily lives.

Oracle card tarot are used as a tool to offer Insight as to what may occur. As tarot and Oracle card readings are timeless they touch on what may or may not occur.

If possible and no-one if after you I will give you the option of continuing at a specific rate or the option to re-book. Sessions can be paid for in cash on the day or made directly into my account before leaving the clinic room. The only exceptions to this is if prior payment plans have been discussed.
